If you have no idea how to write your profile these tips will help you get started:

1 Avoid negativity in your profile because negativity doesn’t get a man’s interest. Instead of putting your dislikes, put your favorites on your profile. A guy is most likely to be turned off if you just whine and complain in your profile.

2 Be original! Think of funny, clever headers. Aside from your photo, your header will be the basis for a guy’s judgment. If you write the same boring header so many other women have used already then a guy isn’t going to notice you either.

3 Your photos must be recent. If you use a photo from years ago a guy isn’t going to recognize you when you meet up and going on a date in real life is the whole point of online dating. This is what you look like now and will when you meet up eventually might as well let him know what you look like from the start.

4 Be honest in your appearance and civil status; however, keep your full name, work and home address, and home phone number confidential. Online dating is fun but you should protect yourself too wait until you really know someone before you give him more information about yourself.

Get some inspiration from other peoples profiles, see what makes them popular and what you could re create for yourself. Just remember when you read your own profile you should want to get to know that person better and not feel like you know all there is to know. Leave them intrigued and if you can make them smile even better that way they will remember you and keep coming back!
